All of our jewelry is handmade with great care and attention to detail. Because each piece is crafted individually, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the product is delivered as described and in good condition.

Each piece is securely packaged to prevent movement or damage during transit. If your package arrives with visible exterior damage, please photograph it before opening and include this in your claim.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and a video of the item. We review each case individually and reserve the right to request additional documentation before approving a refund or replacement.
