Each piece is securely packaged to prevent movement or damage during transit. If your package arrives with visible exterior damage, please photograph it before opening and include this in your claim.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and a video of the item. We review each case individually and reserve the right to request additional documentation before approving a refund or replacement.
